Common questions

What does “used” mean?

Units marked (Used) have been in service, and any cosmetic wear is described and photographed on that exact unit. The rest of the closeout is unused stock — units from retiring or discontinued lines, and orders that were opened but never installed. Every unit is function-tested by Clear Touch technicians before it lists.

Why are the prices this low?

These are units coming off retiring lines, demos coming off the road, and orders opened but never installed. The struck prices are what each unit actually sold for new — not estimates.

Is the warranty real?

Yes. Every unit carries a Clear Touch warranty with the exact term stated on its listing. We built this hardware, and we stand behind it.

Can my school or district pay by PO, or buy tax-exempt?

How does freight work?

Freight is quoted before anything is charged, and we coordinate delivery with your dock or front office.

What if it arrives damaged?

Check the delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, tell us within 10 days of receiving it and we will make it right. Damaged product is the one case where we accept a return, so don’t sit on it — call 864-973-7973, and photographs of the damage and the packaging help us move fast.
